16 YEARS OF PLB GROUP – THE BIRTHDAY FIESTA
Sunday, 4 October, we’re celebrating 16 years of PLB Group with a Mexican fiesta celebrating good food, cold drinks, live tunes and a little birthday fun on the lawn.
Arrive to a choice of Beudi Margarita or Paloma, find your spot on the grass and settle in for an afternoon of epic tunes from local favourite The Mirrored Zebra.
At the coal fire BBQ, Armando, Kristal & Patrick will be bringing the fiesta to your palate, serving up delicious tacos and a few extra Mexican treats, while the Beudi crew are pouring $15 Margaritas and Palomas from the pop-up bar all afternoon.
Additional drinks and snacks will also be available to purchase throughout the afternoon via our QR ordering system.
There’s plenty for the little ones too, with crafts, activities and face painting by Kakes & Biscuits, plus a piñata and lucky door prizes to keep the vibes high.
All afternoon. No rush. Just good food, good music and a reason to stay a little longer.

Francisco’s Twilight Feast | Savour the Tweed

One night only – sunset overlooking the farm! Highly regarded Roaming Restaurant chef Francisco Smoje brings his signature style of generous shared feasting to Farm & Co, celebrating the region’s exceptional produce with thoughtful, elevated dishes. Rooted in simplicity, seasonality and connection, Francisco’s cooking tells the story of the Northern Rivers through every ingredient – each carefully sourced, deeply respected and full of character. Ably supported by the Farm & Co team, he will craft a carefully considered market-based banquet dinner menu for Savour the Tweed.

For Francisco, food is one of life’s greatest pleasures and he takes great pride in being able to share this dining experience with you. His food is joyous and purposely designed to bring people together, so bring an appetite and relax into the dwindling light as the day morphs into the golden twilight hours, framed so perfectly at this magical setting in the Tweed Valley.

On arrival, you’ll be offered a house signature cocktail on the lawn, before settling in at your table for an evening shaped by warm conversation, abundant plates, splashed wines and effortless ‘Francisco’s Table’ charm, where humble hospitality meets refined dining. Expect bold flavours, beautiful produce, relaxed elegance and an atmosphere that feels both intimate and unforgettable.
