Farm to Plate Dining Experiences at Farm & Co

Farm & Co Restaurant is an exciting offering on the Tweed Coast that aims to educate, nourish and inspire through food and farm.

The project is a collaboration between Mark Wilson, Founder of PLB Group – creators of Tweed Coast favourites Spice Den, Taverna, Lolita’s Mexican Cantina, Osteria Weddings and Ancora, in addition to The Acre Boomerang Farm in the Gold Coast Hinterland – alongside hospitality heavyweights Rachel Duffy (former General Manager at Icebergs Dining Room and Bar, Icebergs Group, and founder of Cabarita’s esteemed No 35. Kitchen and Bar), founding team member, Tim Coleman, who managed the 3 chef hatted Rockpool restaurant in Sydney, and Amy Brown, who brings calm, guiding hands overseeing the operation as Venue Manager, after a long stint at Rick Shores.

Fresh Organic Produce

Our paddock to plate ethos sees our menu feature beautiful organic produce grown mere metres away from where you feast. Designed to showcase our fresh, organic farm produce, all dishes are to be feasted and enjoyed together with a dining experience that lingers, so you can too. Our menus change frequently, only using the freshest produce from the onsite farm and local and sustainable producers.
